Firstly, there are some additional revision spaces available this term for group study. Students are allowed to talk in these rooms, although they should be used for studying not socialising. From 21 April to 12 June students can use:
- Walker Room 21 (space for approx 10). This room will be open 24hrs a day so students must NOT leave their belongings there when they leave.
- Music Room (Central Building) (space for approx 30). This is will open each day until 2am (when the Central Building is locked).
Secondly, there will be an academic drop-in between 3 and 4 in the cafe tomorrow with FREE CAKE. Please come along if you have any worries about exams, work, the library, or you just fancy a chat. If you can't make it, or if there is anything you want me to raise with the Library Committee or Education Committee, then feel free to email me. Any emails will remain confidential.
Lastly, please remember to be considerate of others in the library. This involves being quiet, not eating or drinking, and leaving desks free for others to use once you have used them. Students are welcome to leave a small stack of work neatly on desks, but not to the extent that others then cannot use the desk when it is not occupied, as this means that there will not be enough space for everyone. Good luck with revision!
